ROLE AND MANAGERIAL PHILOSOPHY
As the Chief Executive Officer of CIDAN INVESTMENTS, I am in charge of the day to day running of the company and responsible for implementing all the strategic decisions of the Board of Directors. These include establishing the right policies, procedures, controls and information systems to support the company.
My managerial philosophy revolves around: respect for all staff; professional and ethical behaviour, team work and excellence.
ORGANIZATION, BOARD & MANAGEMENT
We have an active, informed, independent and experienced 5-Member Board of Directors who ensure that we maintain our integrity, transparency and long term strength in the finance and investment market. To this end, our Board oversees the implementation of all approved strategies geared toward enhancing the long term interests of all our stakeholders.
CIDAN Investments Limited is organized around the following departments: Asset Management & Investment Advisory; Corporate Finance and Research; Human Resource and Administration; Accounts and Finance; Information Technology; Internal Audit and Compliance Department; and Marketing & Business Development. All the departments are headed by qualified and experienced Managers who form the management team.

The core expertise and business of CIDAN revolves around Asset Management. We have a substantial portfolio of funds under management including provident funds, pension funds, corporate funds, life assurance funds, individual private funds, welfare funds, etc.
We provide solid financial engineering and consultancy for companies and organizations. CIDAN has raised funding and spearheaded financial engineering for several projects in Ghana.
The Research team at CIDAN publishes weekly research on the economy and financial markets in the Business and Financial Times.
