OMEGA EQUITY FUND LTD. is a long-term open-ended Fund that seeeks to deliver superior returns in the long-term.
The Fund seeks to achieve its objective through investment in a diversified portfolio of equities and fixed income securities to meet the liquidity needs of the Fund.
It is the manager's intention not to invest less than 70% of its net assets in equities and to invest not more than 30% of its net assets in money market and fixed income securities.
The Fund would maintain a re-balancing range of plus or minus 10% for each asset class.
