The Government of Ghana on Thursday November 30, 2017 borrowed a total of GH¢6,129.36 million through the issuance of treasury securities on the domestic market. Total bids tendered was GH¢6,975.55 million.

The securities auctioned included the 91-days and 182-days Treasury bills, 1–year Treasury note and 5–year Treasury bond. The existing 7, 10 and 15 year Bonds were re-opened at the auction.

The 91-days and 182-days Treasury bills settled at yields of 13.34% and 13.82% respectively whilst the 1-year Treasury note and the 5-year bond cleared at yields of 15.0% and 17.60% respectively. Meanwhile, the 7-year tap (March 2024s) settled at a price range of 107.7234-107.1357, the 10-year tap (Nov 2016s) settled at a price range of 110.7494-104.7775 and the 15-year tap (March 2032s) settled at a price range of 111.6016-107.9872.
